Navigating your way into today’s traffic can be pretty stressful with all these cars and pedestrians needing to go somewhere. And if that isn’t enough, thinking about the fuel you burn by slowly crawling in rush-hour will certainly increase the stress created by arriving late at work. However, hybrids will ease off the pain a bit with their electric wizardry.
The first time you get to drive a hybrid vehicle, you’ll feel a bit uncomfortable because it makes no sound if the electric battery has enough juice in it. You simply push the Start button and the dash lights up, but there’s no engine noise or vibrations for you to feel.

Press the accelerator slowly and the car will start moving however. For a petrolhead that drove only internal combustion-powered cars, stepping in a hybrid will mess up his senses a bit. Especially when he comes to a stop and the engine cuts off, giving the impression of stalling.

Drive the car for more than a couple hours and you’ll get over this pretty quick. Traffic won’t be a problem now, because your car runs only on electricity at low speeds; electricity the car creates when braking.

You can now be as happy as this guy in the commercial bellow, driving a 2014 Toyota Auris Hybrid and listening to one of the greatest je m’en fous songs ever: America - A Horse With No Name.
