When is the perfect time to check if you’ve improved a car enough for it to cope with tougher road conditions? Why, it’s the worst winter that the European continent has seen in a long time of corse!
Here are some fresh images of the Skoda Superb prototype that’s been equipped with Scout parts. The car, which will share engines and transmissions with the Superb 4x4, is obviously raised off the ground thanks to a new suspension. The body is also clad in plastic armor that will help it deal with bumps and scrapes more easily. The front and rear spoiler protection is vary similar to that on the Octavia Scout.
The car probably going to be revealed in Paris later this year, powered by the 140 hp 2.0-liter TDI. After all, we wouldn't want the Skoda to be fairly powered against the Passat Alltrrack, now would be!
