Scheduled to be revealed later this year, the facelifted Fiat Ducato is being tested on the open road as we speak. Although it was caught stretching its legs in Europe recently by our spy photographers, its new front fascia is still a mystery.
Yes, you guessed it, the van is still wearing a mask and it even lacks the front grille that basically sets it apart from its cousins - the Peugeot Boxer, Citroen Jumper and the Ram ProMaster.

However, it’s safe to assume that the facelift will bring on new set of headlamps, a revised hood and redesigned front grille and bumper. Round the back, the vehicle is slated to receive new taillights as well, but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary.

Some engine updates being readied as well, mainly to improve fuel economy. The van is likely to keep its range of four-cylinder diesel mills, as well as the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 that’s offered in the United States in a Ram-badged box.

If you’re dying to see how the new Ducato looks and can’t wait until Fiat takes those annoying pieces of camouflage off, then you should have a look at this 2015 Citroen Jumper that was caught sitting in a garage earlier this week. Don’t worry too much about the Citroen badge, the Fiat shouldn’t be any different.

Speaking of commercial vehicles, Fiat is also testing the 2015 Doblo, a facelift that will cross the Pond as well to become the 2015 Ram ProMaster City.
