Ryan Babel’s BMW X3 Up for Grabs

Cars that were previously owned by famous footballers are in great demand, so the BMW X3 that belonged to Liverpool’s winger Ryan Babel should sell fast. The model in question is a 2004 3.0 Sport, with only 30,000 miles on the clock. It would have cost nearly £40,000 when it was new, but those who are interested can now purchase it at £13,995, Auto Trader reports.

The vehicle is powered by a 3.0-liter engine that develops 231 bhp and 221 lb/ft of torque. The powerplant boosts the car from naught to sixty in 8.1 seconds and is able to reach a maximum speed of 137 mph.

Furthermore, the car features full gray leather interior, folding rear seats, sat-nav system, all-round electric windows, reverse parking aid, steering wheel reach adjustment, remote central locking, and it comes with the private plate X3 OXO.

The 23-year-old Dutch international footballer joined Liverpool from Ajax in 2007 as a winger, but he can play as a striker too, a quality that made some say he is one of the sport’s biggest talents. Moreover, Babel has been part of the Netherlands national football team since 2005.

Ryan Babel is also working on his musical career, as he raps under the name Rio. He worked with Dutch rappers such as Lange Frans, Baas B, Darryl, Ali B and U-Niq and has recorded a rap song with the Dutch Real Madrid star Royston Drenthe. The young footballer is also going to be on Sway DaSafo's new album as a featured artist.
