Until Porsche releases the Turbo version of the new 911 generation, the outgoing 997 Porsche 911 Turbo remains THE 911 of choice for tuning companies. We’re here to give you a video that showcases just how wonderful a well-tuned 911 Turbo can be.
The clip shows us 997 911 Turbo that was customized by Vivid Racing. The German coupe has been fitted with Vorsteiner aftermatket goodies, but we’ll focus on the tech side. The tuner installed a pair of GT3076rs turbochargers for the 3.8-liter flat six, a Clutch Masters twin disk for the gearbox, as well as a KW suspension that brings the supercar closer to the road and a set of HRE C93 wheels.
