The new Mustang was revealed this week and all the American Muscle fanboys went berserk when they saw it. We admit, the Mustang has always been a true muscle car and an icon and will continue this way, at least in America.
According to Jalopnik, things haven’t changed with the last model either and that’s because, in the development of the new car, Ford looked to what people call ‘world-class’ handling. That means the M3, of course.

However, using the E92 M3 as a benchmark car for the new model automatically placed the new Mustang a step behind, as the Munich-based company already has a new model ready to take on the world and raise the bar even higher, the M4, that will be unveiled on December 12.

We have to give props to Ford, though... They finally got rid of that truck axle at the back and got an independent suspension inside, thus allowing the drivers of the new Mustang to actually go around corners for once, instead of crashing whenever the road goes to the left... or right.
