At the beginning of the month, we brought you the first rendering and we were impressed, but the real 2012 Brabus Rocket 800 that was revealed today on the German Company’s website is something even more special than we originally though - it’s a god among cars!
Motorvision.de says that word on the street is the car pas an 800 horsepower punch and a whopping 1,420Nm. This is delivered to the road via a AMG Speedshift MCT seven-speed sports transmission.
The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes only 3.7 seconds, which is in supercar territory, but there’s only one thing these cars are know for and that is ridiculous top speeds. We can’t say that we’re disappointed in this, as the speed at which you can reach your driving ban are truly mind boggling: 370 km/h... yes, that’s 230 mph. We’re still waiting on the official specs here, and we’ll keep you updated on all the goodies the new Rocket comes with.
