Dacia Lodgy MPV Photos Released
The Dacia Lodgy, which measures 4.5 meters in length, will be offered as a five- or a seven-seater, with the carmaker promising a generous cabin and luggage space. However, the technical details have not been released yet.
Dacia used the press release to explain that the name “Lodgy” comes from the English word “lodge”, being connected to the vehicle’s practical side. The Dacia Lodgy will not be assembled in Mioveni, Romania, like the rest of the Dacia models, with Renault choosing to produce the car at its Tanger plant in Maroc.
The Lodgy is being promoted through its ice racing version, which has already popped a bottle of champagne in December last year.
Before we go, we have to tell you that we just couldn't help ourselves and added two images of Dacia's first MPV experiment (we're talking about a Dacia, not Renault a development or rebadging job here) - the 1998 Nova van - It's easy to see just how far the brand has come since then.
