A little bit earlier, we showed you a video released by Ferrari, in which a 458 Italia drew “8,000,000” on the tarmac at the carmaker’s Fiorano test track in Italy, as the carmaker was celebrating reaching this many fans on Facebook. Now we want to show you a similar move from Audi, which recently registered its 500,000 German Facebook fan.
The carmaker released a clip that shows an Audi R8 that draws the aforementioned number, dedicating this to every fan. For those of you who are comparing the figures, we have to tell you that we are talking about Audi Deutschland and that Audi US has gathered around 5 million Facebook fans so far.
The fact that both automakers used the same way of celebrating a Facebook milestone can only mean that marketing teams have to come up with new ideas in the future.
