2014 Jeep Cherokee Officially Revealed
Jeep didn't bother to show more of the car than Jalopnik did yesterday, meaning there are only photos with the vehicle's new front end, and very few differences are to be spotted. The hood crease is now more highlighted, the lower spoiler is slightly changed thanks to a chrome trim, and the headlamps gained LED treatment.
Of course, the car now looks shiny and neat, probably exactly how Jeep would have wanted it to be seen in the first place. Thanks to the dark blue paint, the seven-slot grille and the aggressive headlamps are emphasized accordingly, which actually makes us like this new design a bit more.
No specs or pricing information has been released yet, with Jeep only confirming that the 2014 Cherokee will debut at the New York Auto Show in March, and production to take place at Chrysler's Assembly Plant in Toledo, Ohio.
"The all-new, 'no-compromise' 2014 Jeep Cherokee sets a new standard with even more best-in-class capability, exemplary on-road driving dynamics, and fuel economy improvements of more than 45 percent versus the outgoing mid-size SUV model," stated Jeep in their latest press release.
We're anxiously waiting for some profile and rear end shots, how about you?
