Cadillac has announced pricing information for its brand-new high-performance XTS Vsport full-size sedan. Set to go on sale this August, the Vsport will arrive with a starting price of $63,020, including delivery and handling fee, which makes it almost 18,000 more expensive when compared to the base XTS version.
But don’t let the sticker intimidate you, because the XTS Vsport comes with the company’s new twin-turbo V6 engine that delivers 410 HP and 369 lb-ft of torque thanks to an array of upgrades, including new cylinder block casting, new direct injection fuel system and integrated charge air cooler system just to name a few.
All told, when compared to the entry-level XTS, the Vsport variant boasts an extra 104 HP and 105 lb-ft of torque. Available only in the up-level Premium and Platinum packages, the Vsport will also offer a set of 20-inch wheels and a unique grille.
“The addition of the new Cadillac Twin Turbo expands and elevates the XTS luxury sedan,” said Bob Ferguson, vice president Global Cadillac. “This is a compelling enhancement to what is already one of the most technically advanced sedans in our history.”
