2010 Mitsubishi Pajero Revealed
According to Carscoop, the 2010 Pajero comes with an optimized version of the 3.2-liter inline four turbo diesel engine designed by Mitsubishi which produces 200 horsepower and 441 Nm of torque, compared to 160 horsepower and 381 Nm on the original unit.
A new 5-speed transmission system will also join the range in a move especially supposed to raise efficiency as much as possible. For example, the 3-door version of the Pajero now achieves a fuel consumption rating of 8.5 l/100 km (27.67 mpg) while releasing 224 grams of CO2 per kilometer, compared to 9.2 l/100 km and 244 g/km on the current model.
The 5-door Pajero is improved as well, with this particular model eating up to 9.6 l/100km (24.5 mpg) versus 10.6 l/100 km for the Pajero currently available on the market.
The towing capacity is one of the improved features of the 2010 Pajero, as the 3.2-liter DI-D is capable of towing up to 3,000 kilos in the three-door configuration and 3,5000 kilos in the five-door version.
Other highlights on the facelifted version include a thicker windshield, 17- and 18-inch alloy wheels, upgraded Mitsubishi Multi Communication System with 40 GB HDD and better insulation to reduce noise inside the cabin.

It will be fun to drive a Pajero 2010 in Bahrain.
You get the respect on the roads/street
You will hardly drive offroad there
Great air condition and cools the interior quickly
A full tank of petrol, will last you a whole week.
There is really not much of driving in Bahrain.
The local dealer provides after sale service.
Minor services can be any where.
Easy to clean the interiors
Can carry many things
Great resale value, depend on the condition
Parking in the city
Cats love to sleep in engine during winters
Cats love to sleep on roof top during summer and tend to sctatch the paint.
It takes atleast two people to change a flat tire on the road.
Change a flat tire with Pajero's standard kit could be tricky
The tailgate opens only from on side, hinged on the body
It surely commands a lot of respect on and off road. its the best in its class when it comes to fuel economy!!
