Now that we were treated with the first images of the global 2015 Toyota Camry, we return to the US shores to learn how the model here will be priced and how many trim levels you’ll get to chose from.
As you might know already, the 2015 Camry is something between a facelift and a whole new model. Not only the face and rear of the car look very different for what the Camry normally wore so far, but the Toyota engineers said they stripped the car down to its main frame and started from there, now coming with some 2,000 new components.

This means the new Camry has additional spot welds to increase structural rigidity, a retuned electric power steering and a new suspension using McPherson struts up front and a multi-link arrangement in the back, better aerodynamics and improved sound insulations to create a better riding experience.

Inside, you get a resculpted dashboard, way better looking materials, more room, contrast stitching, satin chrome trimmings a new 4.2-inch TFT multi information display and optional driving nannies like the Lane Departure Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control, Pre-Collision System and Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.

The most popular Camry LE and SE grades will come at the same price until now, and boast new 8-way power driver’s seat with power lumbar support, shift lever boot with contrast stitching, satin chrome interior accents, passenger window auto up-dow, chrome front upper grille and rear trunk garnish as well as heated outside mirrors. The Se also adds a standard 4.2-inch multi-information display (MID).

Advancing on the grade scale, the XSE and XLE models adds leather-trimmed seating with multi-stage heating for the front ones, Entune Audio Plus multimedia system, LED daytime running lights, 17-inch alloy wheels with super chrome finish on the XLE and 18-inch alloys with machined face and black paint on the XSE.

The V6-fitted XSE and XLE also come with LED headlights, Smart Key Entry, Entune Premium Audio with Navigation an App Suite, power tiltslide moonroof, wireless recharging and more.

Then comes the Camry Hybrid, which also arives in three grades - LE, SE and XLE - each offered with more standard features than before, like the 8-way power driver seat, 4.2-inch MID on the LE.

For the SE hybrid, you get Sport fabric SofTex-trimmed seats, 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, leather-trimmed tilt/telescopic steering wheel with shortcut buttons, Bluetooth compatibility and silver interior trimming.

The XLE comes with leather-trimmed seating with multi-stage heated front seats and 4-way power passenger seat, LED daytime running lights, tire pressure monitoring and 17-inch alloy wheels with super chrome finish.

With all these new features, increased quality and fiercer looks, you can say the Camry is starting to resemble more and more with its Lexus ES more sophisticated brother, but at a lower cost as you can see in the pricing list bellow.
