We Know You Secretly Want This Mercedes-Benz GLC 63 AMG to Become Reality

The Mercedes-Benz GLC is here, but so is the first rendering showing Stuttgart's newest SUV wearing the AMG suit, a proposition worth looking at as it turns the GLC into a sportier 63 AMG version.
Remember that muddy GLC we showed you yesterday, live from the SUV's official launch in Stuttgart? Well, try to imagine all that dirt being splashed on the sporty kit belonging to a potential GLC 63 AMG performance SUV.

We weren't the only ones hoping to see an AMG-pumped version of the GLC, but for now, Mercedes-Benz decided to keep things calm (and quiet, for that matter) with the likes of GLC 300 for the US and the GLC 220 ad GLC among others, for Europe.

Sure, there's the AMG Sport body kit but who are we kidding, that's a drop in the ocean compared to what a GLC 63 AMG variant could deliver.

Lucky for us, X-Tomi Design was quick enough to release a rendering suggest how (good) would the GLC look in 63 AMG guise. You know it's an AMG bred rendering from the double-bar grille, the ready-to-swallow-you front bumper and the massive wheels.

Under the hood, there's enough room for the 4.0-liter V8 Mercedes-AMG already fitted in the GT and most important, on the AMG C63, where it generates 469 HP (475 PS) and 479 lb-ft (649 Nm) while the S version is putting down 503 HP (510 PS) and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm).

We can't tell for sure if Mercedes will approve a GLC 63 AMG, but we hope they see this rendering and build one as soon as possible.
