We've seen this kind of crash happening so many times, we're not even surprised anymore: some drivers just don't care whether the vehicle in front of them signals a turn or not - they'll just drive their way as if there is nobody else on the road.
The rider in this video was lucky he didn't turn as he intended in the first place. Should he have done so, we'd most likely have had no way to bring you this footage, due to its gruesome result.
What's really bad about these situations is that such reckless drivers could forever say the rider did not signal, or his blinkers were not working and so on, and there is little a motorcyclist could do to prove he was obeying the law.
Unfortunately, this is one issue pretty much any careless driver could use to steer clear of legal consequences... while still steering into the riders or other cars, for what's worth.
