At SEMA, the specific models of vehicles chosen to be modified and shown off to millions are almost immaterial. Why? Because ultimately, everything on display stops being just a car or a truck and becomes an artist's easel on four wheels. Still, you can't help but get a little giddy when Rolls-Royce and Land Rover get some spotlight. Thanks to Urban Automotive out of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, one Range Rover, and one Rolls-Royce Ghost bring a little king and country to a show full of American iron.
On their own and without mods, these two vehicles aren't exactly tame or subtle with their attempts to make people turn their heads when they drive past. But with Urban Automotive's absolutely wicked-looking carbon fiber styling kits, you could probably make an impression if your average hatchback was kitted out with something similar. But to apply this craftsmanship to the be-all-end-all of British luxury vehicles, Urban Automotive makes an impact statement, bringing these two heavyweights to SEMA 2023. Through Urban Automotive's exclusive parts distributor in the USA, Milltek Corp is able to offer their in-house made carbon fiber kits straight from England for us North Americans to enjoy.

Through some of the other performance aftermarket brand accounts Milltek Corp services, a few other goodies were added to both machines before their big debut in front of the media and the viewing public. Thanks to Vossen 24-inch alloy wheels and an optional Milltek Sport exhaust, it's fascinating how a simple change of exterior color and wheels can make a perfectly typical Range Rover look tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars more expensive than it is despite the triple-figure base price. Ditto as well to the Rolls-Royce Wraith trimmed out in a similar getup. We can imagine Justin Bieber or Cardi B being chauffeured in the back of one of these custom jobs.

Across both cars on display at SEMA from Urban Automotive this year, special custom touches fresh from their parts selection bin add extra flash to an already pretty baller set of luxury vehicles. Ones that toe the line between tasteful and straight-up flexing on the masses. But even the most jaded and disinterested person on planet Earth can't help but be charmed by how sleek and stylish these two British heavyweights look in the decor on display at the Milltek booth at this year's SEMA show. If it'll melt our hearts, it's sure to melt the wallets of at least a few out there.

“It’s incredibly exciting to be launching our new products at SEMA. Unquestionably one of the key events of the year, SEMA showcases Urban’s new Range Rover and Rolls-Royce Ghost styling packs to a huge audience," said Simon Dearn, owner and Head of Design at Urban Automotive. "We are really looking forward to our continuing relationship with Milltek, working to exclusively distribute Urban Automotive’s premium product range to customers in the USA." From your lips to the almighty's ears, Simon, we Yanks can't wait to see what you've got in store.
