Unofficial: Nissan GT-R Wagon at the 2009 Nagoya Auto Trend

Nissan GT-R is indeed a very appealing car so every single vehicle based on this particular model obviously catches our attention. So is the so-called Nissan GT-R Wagon, a model based on the M35 Stagea that may look a bit uncanny at first glance. However, the vehicle is fitted with several high-end accessories that may sure change your opinion after a closer inspection.

The guys at gtrblog.com write that the Wagon is powered by the VQ35DE NA 3.5-liter V6 engine, but it's currently unclear whether it comes in RWD or AWD configuration. However, taking into account the dimensions of the body and the performances the vehicle is up to provide, an all-wheel-drive system would pretty much make sense.

Unfortunately, details are pretty limited for the time being, but we're expecting to get more info through the official website of the event (only in Japanese!).

Aside from this report, rumors are still surrounding the 2010 Nissan GT-R Spec V, with more speculations now claiming the upgraded model will produce just as much power as the base model but with a price tag raised by 83 percent. Although it's not official yet, it may seem like the new Spec V may be sold for about $72,000 over the base price of the GT-R, with most improvements concerning exclusively the appearance and the interiors.

Further rumors claim the 2009-spec Nissan GT-R is capable of achieving ever greater performances than the current model, with 0-100 km/h sprint done in approximately 3.3 seconds. However, we have nothing to do than wait and see if all these rumors prove to be actually true.
