We’ve always been amazed by how creative job benefits allow people to become and we’re not referring to the kind of bonuses employers offer. Instead, we’re talking about the type of benefits employees decide to grab themselves.
Let’s say you work for the city administration and were appointed with the task of handling various tasks in a tractor. It goes without saying that your motoring life is not half as interesting as that of other drivers. So what could you do to change this?

One potential answer comes from the pair of tractor drivers in the clip below. However, this is the kind of pathway we wouldn’t exactly recommend. The two appear to find themselves in the situation described above and decide to solve the problem by introducing a little battle.

Believe it or not, the two line up at a traffic light in Russia and go down the street racing route. No expense is spared, as the pair of tractors makes all the necessary preparations for that crucial green light moment.

The other drivers watch the battle in amazement, with none of them showing any form of protest against the impromptu blue collar motorsport scheme.

As the tractors get ready to floor it from the lights, a cloud of black diesel smoke appears. It doesn’t take long for the smoke to engulf the group of cars behind the tractors. And still, nobody seems to mind.

At this point, you might be wondering whether the tractors pulled wheelies, or how the fared against each other. While we won’t ruing the fun of the clip by telling you what happens in the race, we can confirm the machines were fully loaded - we’re talking about accessories such as rotary brooms or cups.
