Well, riding a scooter on the wrong side of the road may get you to the destination faster in some cases, but in most of them, this is one of the surest and shortest way to a bad crash and injuries. And this video proves just how easily can things go wrong, wrong, wrong.
Lane splitting may not be legal in all countries or states but a lot of riders filter through slow or stuck traffic. However, when doing this, riders are facing bigger hazards, such as drivers changing lanes without checking their mirrors and many more.
Still, it's up to the riders to check whether it's safe to come out of the line and driving between the lanes. Failing to do so can cause an even worse accident in case another two-wheels approaches at higher speed.
I'm having a hard time deciding which of the two morons is the bigger idiot. Whomever might turn out to be the most mindless of the two, it looks like speeding did not help this time.
