When you set out to build yourself a supped-up four-banger, your goals don't even see the sky as the limit. Of course, the cold shower is waiting around the corner on many occasions and it is usually delivered on two wheels. Today we want to show you a turbocharged Honda Civic that decides to street race a Kawasaki ZX10.
The Civic leaves a stuffed parking lot, with its forced induction noise drawing plenty of attention. The Honda driver decides to step on it, showing us how... violent the power delivery is, albeit with what appears to be a pretty narrow rev band.

The ZX10 rider follows closely and it doesn’t take much for the two to use the language of signs in order to set up a little race down the highway.

While the turbo Civic pulls hard, the bike unsurprisingly manages to get ahead. The Honda driver keeps mashing the throttle - notice how the white needle, which probably talks boost, climbs...

At a certain point, the Kawasaki seems to top out, with the Civic apparently doing the same (in 5th gear), but not before seriously closing in on the bike. While we can’t tell what happened precisely, we do know that the ZX10 has a top speed of 185 mph (299 km/h) in stock form. Oh and by the way, rumor has it that slaughtering the limiter takes you to about 208 mph (335 km/h).
