TTXGP eCRP Bike to Demo in Bologna

The 2010 TTXGP European Champion eCRP 1.2 electric motorcycle will be brought by the CRP Group at the Bologna Motor Show this December. The racer will be made available Motorsport Arena for demonstrations. The event will also see the debut of the Racing Professional Motor Show.

“CRP has confirmed its participation in the Racing Professional Motor Show to support the international industry of motorsport with the aim to showcase not only its own brand and the TTXGP, but also to help promote their region that is famous and celebrated worldwide for engineering excellence,” a company statement reads.“One of the exciting items in the CRP booth will be the electric racing motorcycle, the eCRP 1.2 used in the 2010 TTXTP.”

The electric motorcycle will be on track for a demonstration tests at the Motor Show area hall 48 on Dec. 2 at 11 a.m., where visitors can enjoy the first Italian racing motorbike winner of the TTXGP European championship title with the rider Alessandro Brannetti.

“In Bologna, the CRP Group will not only represent green motorsport, but also the Moto2 of ADV, the AT02, example of a collaboration at engineering level with the CRP group that is taking part at the MotoGP 2010,”
CRP says.

The eCRP racer is based on 2009's TTXGP-winning Agni X01, it’s easy to handle thanks to its dimensions and shape and it’s finished in a paint scheme that reminds of the Italian flag.

In addition, CRP Technology will present the new material for additive technology (Additive Manufacturing), the Windform 2.0 XT, which represents an evolution of the strongest SLS powder of the Windform family.
