At least 338 Triumph motorcycles fall under the most recent recall in Canada. The campaign has number 2014008 and will bring the bikes in for correcting an ECU issue.
2012-2014 Triumph Tiger Explorer, 2013-2014 Triumph Tiger Explorer Spoke, 2013-2014 Triumph Trophy SE might experience with abnormal functioning of the throttle butterfly valve.

It could deviate from its intended position and cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

The Triumph dealers will replace the ECU with new ones, loaded with the latest software and calibration to prevent this problem from occurring. Customers are advised to get in touch with their Triumph dealers and have the issue solved.
