It’s a fact that males are more inclined towards automotive than females and the most important car making companies are run by men. But how about the women in the auto industry?
Fortune recently made a top 10 most important women in the auto industry and Toyota Motor North America chief communications officer Julie Hamp got placed on the third place.

She is responsible for marketing, product and brand communication for Toyota, Lexus and Scion brands, investor relations and corporate advertising.

First place was taken by GM executive vice president global product development & global purchasing & supply chain Mary Barra, while the second spot was achieved by GM vice president global purchasing and supply chain Grace Lieblein.
