The United Kingdom’s Toyota subsidiary is inviting fans to watch a bit-by-bit guide to how a new Auris Hybrid model is made at the local factory.
The broadcast will include every process the frame of the car goes through before becoming a Toyota, like panel stamping, welding, painting, parts and engine assembly as well as the final quality control.
“This project does more than simply show what we do inside the walls of our factory. It presents it in the context of the commitment to quality that forms the guiding principles of the way Toyota works worldwide and the first priority of everyone who works here,” Head of Social Media for ToyotaGB Scott Brownlee said in an interview.
The “show” will include video, photography and detailed descriptions for the process and it will be broadcasted via @ToyotaFactory Twitter feed on June 19th starting at 6.00am.
