Isn’t it nice to see a boring-looking 90’s sedan being built to drift better than any other sportscar?
Of course it’s nice and this late 90’s Toyota Cresta is such an example. One of the best examples in fact, judging by the car’s performances and looks.
Starting with its looks, this Cresta’s owner wanted it to look mean. So lowering the hell out of its suspension, putting large three double-spoked rims, some spoilers and applying some aircraft-panelling-style graphics turned out to be the perfect combination for this sedan so far.
Pop-out the hood and you will find a combination of a 2JZ engine block with a 1JZ head, equipped with an HKS Y Cam kit, F-con V Pro system and a T04R turbocharger. Summed up, and the combination is generating 536 PS and 462 lb-ft (626 Nm) of torque.
