Based near Aylesbury, UK, the Tiggywinkles wildlife hospital has been rescuing, treating and rehabilitating the British wildlife for more than 30 years, tending to more than 10,000 casualties per year, from hedgehogs and badges to deer and swans.
The organization runs entirely on donations and their latest one is a brand new Hilux pickup truck from Toyota UK. The all-wheel drive vehicle got specially equipped to work as an animal ambulance and access rough terrains where help is needed.

“We’re grateful for Toyota’s continued practical support for the work we do. Having a vehicle we can rely on to get our teams safely to where they’re needed, no matter what the conditions, is vital for our work. The new Hilux will be a great, lasting asset and will be of particular use when we need to transport the larger animals we care for.” said Tiggywinkles founder Les Stocker.

Offered in Invincible grade, the rugged pickup also offers car-like comfort and convenience, its double cab featuring cruise control, electric windows, automatic air conditioning, heated mirrors and the Toyota Touch multimedia system.
