The end of a chapter is near. The last BMW M3 Coupe with a naturally aspirated engine was caught on film as it was leaving BMW's assembly line.
As the M3 Coupe will be retired, so will its naturally aspired engine. Its place will be taken by the M4 Coupe that will most likely be fitted with a turbocharged 3-liter 6-cylinder engine based on the N55 that will probably bear the code-name S55.

The E93 convertible model, on the other hand, will continue production until September so if you still want to grab a car with the monstrous S65 V8 engine that's your clear choice.

Usually BMW is keeping the last car of a model for themselves, in the company's museum so this orange M3 should end up right next to the E30, E36, and E46 models kept on display by the Bavarian company. Farewell our good friend!
