This is How You Market The G-Class

Earlier today we showed you what is most definitely in our top five coolest-looking images we've ever seen of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class – a G 63 AMG sand surfing in the desert.
After a bit of digging, we found out that the man who took the photo is called Deniz Saylan and that the image is actually part of an entire set that the German photographer did for Mercedes-Benz in the African desert.

We haven't got a hold of the entire set yet, but we got the next best thing, a making-of video of the entire shenanigans that resulted in the epic photos, also learning that there are actually two G-Wagens.

One Mercedes-Benz G 500 and one G 63 AMG battling for the spotlight in the sand dunes between Cape Town and Namibia sounds like an awesome photography project to us, but you shouldn't take our word for it and just watch the video bellow because the entertaining value is quite up there. Enjoy!
