At first we thought if the title of this short piece is not too hard, but really, it isn’t. It’s plain stupidity which, with the aid of a car driven on a public road, is turned into an extremely dangerous weapon.
Most likely, the driver was not paying any attention to the traffic, and never even bothered to look ahead for incoming vehicles. For what’s worth, instead of the poor rider, the idiot in the car could have met a speeding Kamaz laden with 40 tons of bricks… and would have been probably blown to smithereens.
The biker was not speeding, otherwise we’d have seen him really take off an fly away many meters. Even more, we believe we saw the motorcyclist rise a bit just before the impact, probably because a hard brake.
Too bad, because there simply aren’t any idiot-proof maneuvers: one just hopes no such lousy driver comes in the way… and the lucky ones make it home in one piece.
