Now, let's cut to the chase: 1 rider who is almost naked and two bikes (or scooters, if this is of any importance) crashing... how's that for a really weird accident?
The guy is completely insane: not only is he riding with no cloths on in what appears to be gloomy, rainy weather, but he's not even wearing a helmet. We are having quite a hard time trying to understand what happens in this video, but it seems like we're not that good forensics this time.
Some suggested the guy was riding the scooter which crashes on the left side of the screen, and he was also dragging the other vehicle crashed in the opposite end of the screen. We've seen this kind of stunt with bike thieves, as they are using a scooter to effectively push the stolen bike, but in tha case there still is a rider on both bikes.
