Annamia is a no-fuss pleasure craft that doesn't pretend to be more than it is – a spacious, modern family yacht that exudes an unmistakable Italian elegance. It's one of the few luxury yachts in its category to have had the same owner for more than 15 years. Now, it's ready for a new chapter, claiming to be in top shape and sporting the same natural elegance.
Annamia was delivered in 2006 to a mysterious owner who has held on to it for the past 17 years, a rare accomplishment in the ultra-dynamic world of luxury pleasure craft. Plus, he made sure to keep his vessel in great shape through excellent maintenance and regular refits – the most recent ones were carried out in 2011 and 2018.

This Baglietto could be described as the ideal family vacation yacht. It's moderate and balanced in every way, starting with its 43-meter (141 feet) length. Boasting a volume of a little over 400 GT, Annamia blends generous accommodation with lavish outdoor areas for entertainment and socializing.

It can accommodate up to 12 guests across five cabins, but it's also suitable for lavish onboard parties with up to 100 guests when docked. The separate crew quarters were equipped for an eight-person crew, including the captain.

The traditional configuration includes a master suite located on the main deck, double cabins, and twin-bed cabins. All of them come with en-suite bathrooms, individual air conditioning, and the latest entertainment systems. In addition to that, the master suite offers access to a private office, and its luxurious bathroom includes a jacuzzi and spa facilities.

The sophisticated and somewhat formal interiors bear the signature of Francesco Paszkowski, one of the most acclaimed superyacht designers. It's a harmonious mix of classic and contemporary elements, resulting in what many would describe as "timeless elegance." In other words, Annamia looks as stunning today as it did 17 years ago and could still be considered supremely elegant a decade from now.

A neutral color palette creates a warm and cozy ambiance, highlighted by contrasting features such as dark wood furniture and soft furnishings in vivid colors. White lacquered ceilings, wood bulkheads with a satin finish, and light-colored fabrics are some of the most distinctive features. Annamia creates the homely ambiance of a family mansion with the added sophistication of a more formal approach. Plus, lighting is used to play with the overall mood, thanks to the wide lighting effects of the onboard LED system.

The bridge deck is one of the most attractive spots on board. It can seat all 12 guests at once around a large table for dining under the stars. A generous seating area provides wonderful views while keeping guests protected against the sun. The skylounge acts as a second salon with a cocktail bar and a lounge area with a TV. Whether they want to take in the views while sipping cocktails or just chill in front of the TV, Annamia's guests are always drawn to this stylish skylounge. They can even head over to the nearby wheelhouse and get a glimpse of the navigation process.

The aft deck is also equipped for al-fresco dining, but it's typically reserved for breakfast due to the informal layout. It's spacious enough to include an additional lounge area for guests to enjoy the outdoors. Below, they have access to the generous swim platform, the perfect spot for watersport lovers. Annamia is packed with a serious toy collection, including a powerful Contender 22 sports chase boat.

Annamia's vast sundeck is a sanctuary for sun lovers. It reveals a large spa pool, numerous sunbeds for everyone onboard, a modern bar, and another area for al-fresco dining that can seat up to eight people. This Italian beauty is particularly well suited for outdoor dining and entertainment, considering its size.

Like most luxury yachts today, it was upgraded with zero-speed stabilizers that enhance stability and passenger comfort. This 15-year-old can cover 4,000 nautical miles (7,400 km) with ease, burning approximately 400 liters (1,056 gallons) of fuel. When the weather is right and the sea conditions are perfect, the yacht's twin CAT engines, boasting almost 3,000 hp, propel it at 16 knots (18.4 mph/29.6 kph).

Annamia is just as impressive on the outside, sporting a striking metallic grey hull and an aluminum superstructure. At its debut, it was voted "the best yacht" at the 2007 Genoa MYBA Yacht Show and was considered the most beautiful Baglietto superyacht at the time.

To this day, Annamia only had one owner, who shared his toy with luxury charter customers. Pricing for one week on board starts at $155,000 during high season. After 17 years, the Italian family yacht is also looking for a new owner – a wealthy yacht lover who would be willing to part with $11.4 million for a beautiful vessel built by one of the most prestigious Italian shipyards.
