While Mel Gibson has hung his action star hat long ago, we have every confidence that the return of the post-apocalyptic world of Mad Max is going to be awesome. After all, Tom Hardy who played Bane in The Dark Knight Rises, will be the lead. Hotites like Charleze Theron and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley can’t hurt either.
But what about the last V8 muscle car, and the machineguns? They are a big element of the Mad Max world, and they will not be missing. Right now, we don’t know if the Yellow Pursuit will be making a comeback, but we can show you a few of the vehicles from the movie.
You can’t really say for sure, but we’ve head that the Mad Max Interceptor will be making a comeback in the movie. The car was destroyed in a previous movie, so most likely this will be a prequel, explaining how we got to that apocalyptic world.
As for the vehicles themselves, they include monster trucks and rat rods based on 30s saloons. The spiky thing looks like a military transporter truck.
