Ever since he left FIAT Yamaha Team and joined Monster Tech 3 Yamaha, Edwards constantly upgraded his performances in the MotoGP series. Edwards will be joined in the Tech 3 lineup next year by new US star and World Superbike champion in 2009 Ben Spies, who is mostly regarded as one of the most talented riders of the new wave.
