Supposedly Dead Deer Jumps Out of Car Trunk

They say a road cop's career is measured in miles, not years. The more you patrol, the more crazy stuff you get to see. This extraordinary video was filmed during a traffic inspection in Michigan.
These two police officers were given a fright as a supposedly dead deer jumped out of the trunk of a car. The driver of the car told police that he had hit the fuzzy animal on the nearby road and decided to put it in his trunk with the intention of eating the meat.

The deer has other plans. Seeing its chance at freedom, bambi here jumped back to life and made a run for it. Although clearly still alive, the animal is indeed dazed and injured, judging from the way it walks.

According to Kalamazoo police, Michigan has two million deer and every year more than 60,000 of them are killed by cars.
