Top-class Italian helmet manufacturer Suomy shows their newest lid, the MX Tourer. As its very name suggests, we're dealing with a dual-purpose helmet, equally suitable for amateur motocross and adventure touring.
The new Suomy MX Tourer is handmade in Italy and benefits from all the good things which come from such a manufacturing process: extreme care for details, impeccable assembly and exceptional QA. The MX Tourer sports a shell made from TRICARBOCO, one of Suomy's proprietary hybrid materials, a mixture of Kevlar, carbon, fiberglass and aramidic resins, providing great impact resistance and a lightweight build.

Both shell and dual-density inner EPS liner come in two sizes for the best fit and wearing comfort. The visor received an anti-fog treatment and is thermoformed from a flat polycarbonate sheet on a one-visor-at-a-time basis for impeccable results. An internal sun visor is also standard.

Double D-ring fastening with strap retention system is making sure the Suomy MX Tourer stays where it's supposed to in case of an impact. Variable size cheek pads are available and Suomy claims 50% less peak buffeting die to wind tunnel testing.

The Suomy MX Tourer is available in sizes XS through XXL and in 8 colors.
