The video after the jump seems to have been shot at the Motovelocidad del Valle, or a very similar competition. We showed you how crazy this Colombian road race is and how dangerous the layout of the urban circuit is. Even though these fellows are not riding MotoGP prototypes, and they don't reach the speeds Isle of Man racers are used to, this race looks to be at least as dangerous.
Like the TT or other races in Northern Ireland, such as the Ulster GP or the NW200, this "circuit" is littered with obstacles that have various shapes. Curbs, houses, light posts, barricades and spectators inches from the very road at almost every corner make the Motovelocidad a very risky race.
And the quality of the asphalt in this Colombian race is nowhere near what you get on any of the average circuits in Europe, either, making crossing the finish line in one piece an even harder task.
The first three or four riders were able to swerve past the fallen rider and bike, but it looks like luck ran out as they passed, and a crash involving other riders took place.
Not sure how well their yellow flag system works, but these guys are really nuts!

Crashing in such a race poses a major threat to both riders and spectators
As you can see, the rider that crashes impacts the barricades quite violently before being thrown to the ground in the middle of the road.
