Steven Spielberg’s latest TV show called “Public Morals,” will certainly bring something interesting from a car-point-of-view as it will have some nice American cars. We’re talking about a 1965 Chevrolet Impala, a full-size automobile built by the Chevrolet division of General Motors and a best-selling car in the United States, back in the day.
The talented Spielberg was spotted filming the said Tv series along with co-director/actor Ed Burns and Michael Rapaport plus the old-school Impala. Since we’re discussing a show that is set in 1967 New York City, the actors portraying NYPD Vice Squad police officers, this particular Chevrolet Impala is just right.
The vehicle brings forth a very retro vibe, a defiant attitude that felt extremely appropriate for Spielberg's series. Moreover, the car seemed to be in very good condition, sporting a wine-like color that nicely emphasized its classic features.
In case you’re interested in a Tv series that deals with the thin line between good and bad from a cop’s point of view plus some rocking American cars, this is the show for you. Unfortunately, the director was filming the pilot episode, meaning you’ll have to wait a while before you’ll be able to see it on the big screen.
