Even though the BMW 3 Series GT was already unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, the German company is still testing the car in China. That could mean that the Chinese market might receive a special model, like it was the case with other BMWs that are specially modified for the Chinese market or the American one.
iFeng published today 2 spyshots taken in China of the new BMW 3er Gran Turismo. Even though some models have been specially modified for the Asian country's demands, that was the case with top-sellers that eventually ended up being built altogether in China, it's hardly the case with this model.
The forecasts for the F34 3 Series GT are not that optimistic and sales in China are expected to be rather low. That's why BMW decided to import the 3er GT in the communist country instead of making it at the Shenyang plant in North-East China. That makes the camouflaged GT that is undergoing tests in China a complete mystery.
