Walking into the Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland, you get to see the 3 Series GT live for the very first time. That might not seem like much, but looking at the car without using an LCD screen might change the way you feel about it.
The first thing that hits you when staring at the new 3 Series GT is how good it actually looks. After the criticism BMW got for the 5 Series GT and the "ugly", "box" and "disappointing" adjectives used when describing it, the designers from the Bavarian company decided that the 3 Series GT will not fall into the same category.

The car is actually good looking. It has some nice character lines going from front to back on the sides whilst the boot is big but doesn't show it. The 3er GT has a new, fresh look that entices you to get in.

Once inside the car you cannot help but notice the big improvements that were made regarding practicality and space usage. The backseat has more leg and head room and the boot has been seriously enlarged, all for the main purpose of this car, a proper Grand Tourer.
