After the 2014 Panamera, the next German prancing horse to go under the knife is the Cayenne SUV, which will look different for its 2015 model year.
We've seen prototypes testing across Europe and now Porsche's engineers have set up show in Sweden, where the grip of winter will try its best to break the car. There are brand new engines going into the Cayenne, ones which were winter tested last year on the Panamera.
Since both models offer are based on the same platform, we have reason to believe the new twin-turbo V6 with 420 PS will replace the 405 PS V8. Meanwhile, the bread-and-butter Cayenne Diesel Model will be boosted to 300 PS, while the hotter GTS model will have 440 PS instead of the current 420 PS. The powerful Turbo and Turbo S models will likely get some extra grunt, while cosmetic changes will complete the 2015 Cayenne look.
These will mainly focus on the front and rear bumpers, headlights and taillights. Our spy photographers tell us the outline of these last light clusters resemble the 3D effect on the Macan.
