Spyker as a company know a little about the crash-and-burn maneuver, as they’ve done a very ‘thorough’ job with Swedish automaker Saab. But we’re not here to talk about Swedish cars, we’re here to talk about exotics, and the way they catch fire. Yes, the curse of the Ferrari has jumped brands and is now targeting lesser known models.
What used to be a very beautiful two-tone Spyker C8 caught fire in Hamurg, Germany, according to a WreckedExotics report. The owner was inside his home, as the fire happened, and the car was parked.

Spyker builds elegantly simple cars on a tubular chassis, so we don’t know what originated the blaze. However, the aftermath is that the interior is charred and so is most of the front end. We would like to wake up and smell the destruction.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
