After we saw the BMW M4 Concept at Pebble Beach, there's little room for imagination exercises as we already know how the F82 M4 will look like and probably the F83 M4 Cabrio too and the F80 M3.
However, we can't help but look at every news article that says spy shots and has the letters 'M' and '4' after those two word in the title. This time, the convertible was spotted on the Nurburgring, undergoing brutal tests.

No doubt, the engineers from BMW's M division want the car with the retractable roof to be just as good as the Coupe and therefore, many miles will be driven about camouflaged versions before we'll get to see the real thing on the street.

Talking about camouflage, something struck us as odd in these spy shots. Compared to previous photos of the M4 and M3, this model wears a lot more of it, covering the front side completely, leaving only the top part of the roof exposed.

It really doesn't matter though, as the Concept version showed us pretty much everything we needed to know, excepting the interior and the engine. As for the latter, it's expected to the a turbocharged linline-6 unit with over 420 HP and a lot of torque, making it a faster car than the outgoing E93 M3 Convertible model.
