This is a complete no-no, a bike crash which looks almost like the rider actually hunted down the car. First of all, it's obvious that he's speeding: we all do so in the city from time to time, but those in their right minds are ever so more careful to stay out of trouble.
After all, we tend to get in trouble at legal speed or below, and riding fast like crazy idiots around the city is not going to help at all. On the other hand, this is somewhat of a textbook crash, fairly easy to avoid... when riding in a defensive manner. Which, by all means, was not the case this time.
A lot of the sane riders who care about their health would agree that the motorcyclist should have never assumed that the driver would see him or let him pass, even though it was only natural and required by the road regulations. And again, we're back at square one, speeding. This could have ended well if it wasn't for speed combined with lack of anticipation.
