Spada Codratonca Monza Unleashed onto the Track

When we saw the epic Spada Codratonca Monza doing its thing on the track in this footage provided by the Italian supercar spotter Marchettino, we know this thing would have to be moved to somewhere in the top five coolest cars to have right now.
Deisgned to pay tribute to the Monza circuit, the car evokes the roadsters of the sixties. It is actually based on a Z06 Corvette, but you wouldn’t really know it from that epic design language. Performance wise, the Spada Codatronca Monza draws its juice from a supercharged 7.0-liter V8 engine with 710 hp and 950 Nm (701 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is mated to a six-speed manual transmission which enables the 1,180 kg (2,600 lb) supercar to sprint from naught to sixty in 3 seconds and reach a top speed of 335 km/h (208 mph).

This one isn’t for sale, as it’s a one-off commissioned by Aznom, but they might make a production version available on demand in the future.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
