Vauxhall recently announced its biggest single order in Northern Ireland, with Belfast-based Fleet Financial having delivered 70 customized Vauxhall Vivaro vans to the Sierra Support Services.
The vehicles, which will tour the country as part of Sky TV’s installation and service team, and use 2.0 CDTi diesel units that produce 115 hp, are wrapped in unique Simpsons’ and Sky HD liveries. The GBP2 million (USD3.18M or EUR2.39M) deal will see the vehicle travel through Norther Ireland in order to help with the installation and maintenance of Sky’s equipment.
“The strong support, all the way from the factory to the dealer, was key to us winning the deal and supplying these vehicles. The Vivaro is rightly recognised as a national fleet vehicle, and because we’ve worked with the Vauxhall brand for the last 15 years, this gave us the absolute faith in the vehicles’ abilities,” said Jim Humphreys, of Fleet Financials.
