The Scion FR-S has just hit dealer’s lots in the US at the beginning of the month, yet what we believe to be the first meet in Southern California, if not the whole US, took place on June 1st, 2012. Yes, that’s D Day, as in delivery day.
And what do you know: the owners of these seven cars all look happy with their sub-$25,000 coupes. The gathering took place in Torrance, California.
Of the seven cars present there, four where Whiteout, 1 Raven, 1 Hot Lava, and 1 was Firestorm.
We’ve got one car with custom wheels, another with a factory wing on the back, and this is only the beginning. Hopefully, by the end of the summer we should have the first hundred-strong meet taking place.
