Formula One team Infiniti Red Bull Racing announced that German driver Sebastian Vettel has extended his contract with the team until the of 2015.
Driving for Red Bull Racing since 2009, Sebastian Vettel has already won three consecutive Formula One World Championships between 2010 and 2012, and he’s currently at the top of the 2013 drivers’ standings, having won three races out of seven.
The German driver started his racing career with the Red Bull Junior Team back in 1998 and made its Formula One debut in 2006 with BMW Sauber. He shifted to Toro Rosso for the 2007 and 2008 seasons before being promoted to Red Bull Racing.
During his Formula One career, Vettel scored 29 wins, 51 podiums and 39 pole positions from 108 starts. Only 25 years old, the German has already gathered 1,186 career points.
