It looks like it's the same old recipe being put to work on a regular basis and the only thing which varies is the number of dashboard camera recording thes idiot riders.
The fact that a lot of scooter riders in Asia are speeding like mad is no news. Neither is the brutal way they smash into decent, unsuspecting drivers. Unfortunately, in most of the cases, it's those on the scooter which come off the worst.
As if speeding aboard these vehicles with poor braking power was not enough already, most of these chaps also ignore the basic road safety rules, sometimes making us wonder if the crash was in fact, intentional.
Add in the absence of helmets in many of such cases and you get a rather somber picture of how some Asian roads are like: a rather far shot from an ideal place, isn't it?
