One of the great benefits of two-wheeled vehicles is the visibility. You have no obstructions around you, and you can see for miles in every direction (when not sitting on a congested piece of road).
The guy in this video mysteriously fails to brake, even though he was clearly looking ahead. The brakelight comes on way too late for him to even hope of stopping safely (before rear-ending the car in front). We really have no idea why this happened, as scooters don’t have adaptive cruise control which fails - only Volvos get that.
