The father of this little girl is not only letting her steer the motorcycle, but also rides pretty fast, in busy traffic and of course, with no helmet. This would most likely be enough for a serious fine, license suspension and even some jail time in countries with harsh laws.
Now, we know that some parents would see their offspring ride as soon as possible and this is not a bad thing as long as they do it the proper, lawful way. Get a small bike, a helmet and maybe some protective gear and start training your child into becoming the next Valentino Rossi. Nobody has a problem with this.
On the other hand, having your child aboard what looks like an 125cc or 200cc-class motorcycle and riding in the cross-town traffic is nowhere near sane. Unfortunately we know this is happening a lot in South-East Asia. And that's too bad, really.
